A graduate of the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management with a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Nikita worked before joining Dreamocracy for two years in the tech industry in Montreal, Canada. There, she was project and account manager and responsible for sales activities. She also contributed to put various tools in place to improve operations and help the company grow.
Before moving to Canada, she was in charge of the organization of the biggest business game in Europe, which gathers every year 400 preselected international students at the Sheraton Brussels Airport. She also launched a version of this business case competition for high school students willing to discover business engineering studies and opportunities at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
She is passionate about social innovation and sustainable development. Willing to put her managerial and entrepreneurial skills to the benefit of an organization actively working for the common good, she decided to join Dreamocracy last autumn. As a strategic doer, she is always ready to make things happen and help others reach the next level.
